Municipality Muros

Municipality of Muros is located in province of Corunna in region of Galicia, north-western Spain. Muros is a popular town on the Galician coast in the lower bays area of the region. It is set at the opening of the Muros and Noia bay and is surrounded by mountainous hills that shadow the town.

Muros is popular with visitors  particularly in the summer months. The town has a long history and the older parts are tiered into the hills beyond the coastline with numerous narrow streets, small shops and terraced houses, port. The fishing port is still used and catches are brought in daily.
