Municipality Fuencaliente De La Palma

The municipality of Fuencaliente is located at the southern part of La Palma island (one of the Canary islands). In 2002 the municipal village was renamed from Fuencaliente to Los Canarios. Some other villages from the municipality are Las Indias, Quemados and Las Caletas.

As the southernmost point for the island of La Palma the region attracts visitors with its 2 volcanoes (the San Antonio and Tenaguia), a salt-pans and 2 lighthouses.
